"multiplicative form of the Chernoff bound"

In Part 3, Question 3 (b), we are being asked to "Use the multiplicative form of the Chernoff bound (see recitation scribe) to bound $Pr(R_{i} \geq (1+\lambda)\cdot E(R_{i}))$".

I could not find anything on this "Multiplicative form" in any of the scribes, only this form (Which I guess is the "additive form"?): ($Pr(\frac{1}{n}|\sum_{i=1}^{n}X_{i}-p|\geq \lambda)\leq 2e^{-2\lambda^{2}n}$)

What is, then, this "multiplicative form", and where can we find it?
