In the last part (Decision Rules and Concentration Bounds) Q1:

- can we assume that the random variables X
_{i}are independent? i.e. can we assume that Cov(X_{i}, X_{j}) = 0 for i != j? - How should the final answer (for section a) look like? In the recitation we isolated x but here it doesn't seems to be possible. So how we'll know when the condition for x is simple enough?
